What Is Acrobatics?
Acrobatics is a powerful blend of movement, control and strength. It teaches students to master their bodies through:
- Balancing and limbering (bridges, handstands, walkovers)
- Tumbling and aerial work (cartwheels, handsprings, flips)
- Partnering and lifts
- Contortion and active flexibility
- Strength and conditioning for safe progression
Unlike traditional dance, acro places a strong focus on gymnastic-style movement, body awareness, and technical precision — helping students grow not only in skill, but also in confidence, discipline and resilience.
