Tania MacLeod is the Founder and Director of The Stage Door Performing Arts, established 32 years ago, and brings more than 40 years of experience in dance education. She holds a Licentiate Diploma with the Australian Teachers of Dancing (ATOD Ltd).

Tania is a current ATOD Examiner and has represented the organisation for 20 years, examining students at dance schools nationally and internationally. Her examining career has taken her throughout Australia and to Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Her qualifications also include a Diploma in Dance Teaching & Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and certification as an Acrobatic Arts PIN Examiner.

Now also holding a Bachelor of Counselling, Tania brings together decades of experience in education, leadership and mentoring with her passion for supporting others. As a speaker, facilitator and advocate, Tania draws on both her professional expertise and lived experience to connect with audiences through conversations around leadership, resilience, wellbeing and personal growthShe is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders and women to recognise their strengths, build confidence and become the best version of themselves.
