What is READY SET DANCE?

READY SET DANCE is a structured, high-energy program featuring a mix of:

It’s more than just movement — it’s a place where children build confidence, improve coordination, and express their creativity in a safe, supportive space. Every activity is designed with early childhood development in mind.

Frequently Asked Questions – Preschool Dance Classes

Children can join our Ready Set Dance program from age 2, while Ready Set Move welcomes toddlers as young as 18 months with a parent or carer. We offer age-appropriate classes right through to school age.

Parents stay and participate in Ready Set Move (for toddlers). For Ready Set Dance, Ballet and Acro, parents drop off and pick up — but you’re always welcome to chat with our friendly team before or after class.

Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing such as leggings, shorts and a t-shirt is perfect. Ballet or jazz shoes are great but not required for a trial. We’ll provide full uniform details once you enrol.

Not at all! Our programs are designed for all children, with inclusive teaching methods, music, and movement styles that celebrate individuality.

Yes — we offer free trial classes so your child can explore the program and meet our team before you commit. It’s a no-pressure way to see if it’s the right fit.

Yes! All preschool students have the opportunity to perform in our end-of-year concert and participate in community events throughout the year — a fun and confidence-building experience.
